Guaranteed rental income
Thanks to Palm View Resort's acclaimed status as the only six star resort in Cape Verde, the islands' year-round climate, increasing accessibility and growing popularity with international tourists, we are able to offer all buyers an optional 5% net guaranteed rental income for their property. 

The initial term will last for three years, after which time you may choose whether or not you would like to renew the agreement for a further period.  On average, this equates to an income of €10,000 per year on an apartment at €200,000.
You can still enjoy the use of your property at Palm View Resort even if you take up the guaranteed rental income as we offer four weeks of personal use every year.

Building Specifications for The Palm View Resort

 When the concept to create one of the worlds most acclaimed resorts Palm View was Born, The Architects, engineers and design team set about complimenting the perfect seafront plot and incorporating that with an ultra modern design using mainly glass so that property owners on Palm View would benefit from stunning panoramic views, That is why over 90% of Palm View Resort exteriors are glass.
The Glass used on the Palm View Resort is called ultra tempered glass. Tempered glass is 8 times stronger than standard glass and is manufactured by our suppliers in Germany through an extreme heating and rapid cooling process. Tempered glass is also very safe and due to its remarkable strength does not shatter. The Glass used on the Palm View Resort is also reflective glass, Due to the very warm climate in Boavista the reflective glass lets the sunlight in but not the heat from the sun and with Air conditioning in every room this means all rooms will be at a temperature the owner desires. We will also be bringing our German glass engineers over to train the locals how to clean and treat the glass ensuring that the exteriors of the Palm View Resort remain in pristine condition all year round.
The Interiors will also come with the highest spec. All floors including terraces will be tiled using Rosa Aurora Marble which will be shipped in from Italy, This Marble is quite simply the most exclusive marble on the market, other places you will see Rosa  Aurora Marble is the Burj Al Arab, the 7 star hotel in Dubai.
