The resort Vila do Atlantico is going to be built on a plot about 100 meters from the beach of Santa Maria, a picturesque town on the island of Sal, just a few minutes travelling time from the international airport. The resort is conceived as a natural link between the centre of town and the hotel zone and is projected in full respect of the surrounding environment. Vila do Atlantico will guarantee an exclusive atmosphere, with all the comforts, and backup infrastructure for water and electrical generators which guarantee emergency lighting.
Vila do Atlantico Resort is made of different types of apartments, built according to European quality standards, all with the possibility for air conditioning and satellite TV system. More than 1/3 of the apartments have a sea view, while all others face swimming pools and internal gardens.
Commercial units – all equipped with bathrooms, big windows and external space – are mainly located on the external front of the resort, on the road connecting the main Hotels to the centre of Santa Maria, so to guarantee tourist flow but at the same time, quiet and silence for people living in the resort. The units are projected in a way to host commercial infrastructures such as Restaurants, Bars, Supermarket, Laundry, bicycle, motorbike and car rental, travel and excursion agency etc.
